Event Registration Guidelines

Dental Innovation & Oral Health Business Event & Exhibition
April 06–08, 2026 | Dubai, UAE

A. Event registration will begin at 8:00 AM on April 06, 2026, at the conference venue in Dubai, UAE.

B. Upon registration, participants will receive their Event ID badge and official event program.

C. For any on-site assistance or queries, please approach the event help desk or on-site organizer.

D. Registration fees may be paid in cash to the on-site organizer. Participants are required to confirm their participation via email in advance and request the organizer’s contact details prior to arrival.


Keynote Speaker & Poster Presentation Guidelines

A. Speakers and poster presenters are encouraged to understand the audience profile, including their professional background, interests, and level of expertise, to tailor their content effectively.

B. Use clear and professional visuals such as slides, charts, and graphs to support your presentation. Avoid overcrowding slides with text. Ensure readability with appropriate font size and high-contrast colors.

C. Structure your presentation with a clear introduction, main content, and conclusion. Begin with an overview and conclude with key takeaways or a call to action. Rehearse thoroughly to ensure smooth delivery and proper timing.

D. All presentation materials (PowerPoint slides, videos, or related files) must be submitted by the deadline communicated by the event organizers.

E. Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint format and should be compatible with the conference AV system.

F. Speakers are advised to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive or cloud storage. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session.

G. Submit a short professional biography to the session chair, including your name, designation, affiliation, and notable achievements, for proper introduction.

H. Engage the audience by encouraging questions and interaction. Be prepared to respond clearly and concisely.

I. Speak clearly at a moderate pace. Use professional terminology appropriately and avoid excessive jargon unless commonly understood by the audience.

J. Maintain audience engagement through eye contact, gestures, and natural movement, rather than standing in one position throughout the presentation.

K. Use relevant visuals, case examples, and data to enhance understanding and support your key points.

L. Please note that the event program is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

M. Each oral speaker will be allotted 20–25 minutes, including introduction and Q&A. Plan your presentation for approximately 20 minutes.

N. Poster presenters will be allotted 15 minutes in total. Plan your presentation for 10 minutes, allowing time for introduction and discussion.

O. To maintain the schedule, presenters must start and conclude their presentations strictly within the assigned time slots.

P. All presentations must be delivered in English.


Virtual Presentation Guidelines

A. Virtual presentations allow speakers and poster presenters to participate remotely from anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for travel.

B. Registered virtual participants will receive a meeting invitation with a personalized access ID prior to the conference.

C. Virtual presenters must join the meeting at least 30 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues.

D. Each virtual speaker will have 20–25 minutes. Prepare a 17–19 minute presentation to allow time for introduction and Q&A.

E. Please ensure that your presentation starts and ends according to the published conference schedule.

F. Presenters should have their final presentation slides open and ready on their device and must share their screen during the session.

G. If unable to present live, speakers may submit a recorded presentation along with PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before the conference start date.


Certification Guidelines

A. All registered participants will receive a Delegate Certificate signed by the organizing committee. Names and affiliations will be printed as per registration records. Any corrections must be requested at least one month before the conference.

B. Certificates will be distributed during or after the session, and participants are requested to remain present until the session concludes.

C. E-certificates will be sent via email within 2–3 working days after the completion of the event.

D. Co-authors who do not attend the event will not be eligible to receive a certificate.
