Exhibitor Table Space Staffing: Full event registration badge for two (2) company representatives to work your exhibit Table Space Set Up, attend event sessions, and represent your company at the PathologyUCG Event.
Additional Table Space staff registrations available at $300 per person, up to a maximum of five (5) total sales representatives per Table Space.

Exhibit Space Guidelines:
- Table Space sharing is not permitted.
- One company or
- organization is allowed per Table Space.
Full payment of Table Space fees is required at the time of reservation.
Additional services (electricity, extra furniture, equipment rentals, labor for installation or dismantling) require separate payments to the event organizer. - Shipping: Exhibitors are responsible for handling all shipping and exhibit logistics.
- Once the application and payment are completed, the organizer will provide detailed shipping instructions.
- Security: The exhibit area is located within the main conference center and cannot be secured after hours.
- The organizer does not provide security; items left unattended are at the exhibitor’s own risk.
- Staffing: All Table Spaces must be staffed during event hours, including opening sessions, exhibit breaks, featured activities, and the closing prize draw.
