Poster Presenter Guidelines
Dental Innovation & Oral Health Business Event
Dear Poster Presenter,
We are delighted to welcome you as a valued contributor to the Dental Innovation & Oral Health Business Event. Your participation plays a vital role in advancing dental innovation, clinical excellence, and oral health business collaboration. To ensure a smooth experience and maximum visibility for your poster presentation, please carefully follow the guidelines below.
1. Welcome & Expectations
We sincerely appreciate your contribution to this international dental conference. Poster presenters are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, collaboration, and academic integrity, and to actively engage with delegates during poster sessions.
2. Abstract Submission
All abstracts must be prepared according to the prescribed abstract template.
Abstracts must be submitted in Word format, using:
Font: Times New Roman
Font Size: 11
Word Limit: Maximum 300 words
Keywords: Up to 5
Abstract structure should follow this order:
Title
Presenting Author
Co-Authors
Primary Affiliation
Abstract Text
Keywords
A maximum of two images may be included.
Along with the abstract, authors must submit:
A recent professional photograph
Organization/institution logo
A brief biography (maximum 150 words)

An Abstract Review Fee of GBP 30 is applicable for each submission to cover evaluation and peer-review costs.
Payment of the review fee is mandatory for abstract consideration.
Following the review process, the Official Acceptance Letter will be emailed to the corresponding author.

3. Professional Headshot & Biography
Poster presenters are requested to provide:
A high-resolution professional headshot
A biography (200–300 words) highlighting:
Professional background
Current role and affiliation
Areas of expertise, achievements, and notable contributions
This information will be used for the conference program and promotional materials.
4. Organization & Logo
Provide the full name of your organization or institution.
Submit the official logo in high-quality PNG or JPEG format.
These materials will be used across conference websites, brochures, and digital promotions to ensure consistent branding.
5. Poster Presentation Slot & Timing
Poster presenters will be allocated a specific presentation or interaction time (typically 15–20 minutes, including discussion).
Please plan your content accordingly and allow time for audience interaction and questions.
6. Poster & Slide Design Guidelines
Recommended number of slides (if applicable): 15–25 slides.
Posters and slides should be:
Clear, professional, and visually engaging
Designed using high-contrast colors
Created with readable fonts
Supported by relevant visuals (graphs, charts, clinical images)
Include the official Dental Innovation & Oral Health Business Event logo on your poster or slides for brand consistency.
Well-designed visuals enhance audience engagement and overall evaluation.
7. Audience Engagement
Poster presenters are encouraged to:
Speak clearly and confidently at a moderate pace
Avoid reading directly from posters or slides
Maintain eye contact and use natural gestures
Invite questions and actively participate in discussions
Tailor content to suit a diverse audience of clinicians, researchers, and industry professionals
8. Promotion & Social Media
Poster presenters will receive an official Poster Banner / Social Media Kit.
We encourage you to share your participation on LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
9. Recognition & Awards
The Best Poster Award will be evaluated based on:
Quality and originality of content
Visual presentation and clarity
Presenter engagement and explanation
Award details and evaluation criteria will be communicated during the event.
